I do this through entrepreneurship, leadership, organizing, advocacy, coaching, consulting, and education.

Organizing, Educating & Consulting

I partner with players, clubs, unions, nonprofits, startups, and mission-driven organizations to build a more equitable future for women's football through education, organizing, and strategy.

The Players Network (TPN)

Co-Founder of a player-led organization building the future infrastructure of women's football.

  • Organized and supported over 800 women’s footballers worldwide (and counting).

  • Developed player education curriculum for college, semi-professional, and professional players.

  • Educate players and coaches on professional pathways, contracts, governance, and the realities of the global game.

  • Built player-first resources, programming, and community to help athletes make informed career decisions.

USL Players Association

One of the founding organizers of the USL Super League branch of the USL Players Association, a Board Member, and Collective Bargaining Committee member towards the Super League’s 1st Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • Helped organize the league's inaugural player pool and bring players together around a shared vision and goal.

  • Educated players on labor rights, league realities, and the collective bargaining process.

  • Represented players in league-wide advocacy and negotiations while helping lay the foundation for the first CBA.

RISE

Facilitator and Educator using sport to advance equity and social change.

  • Developed and facilitated educational curriculum on cultural competency and racial justice.

  • Led workshops on using sport as a catalyst for leadership and social impact.

  • Partnered with athletes and organizations to create more inclusive sporting environments.

I believe that, regardless of a player's age or level, sport has the power to shape who we become. Great coaching develops better footballers—but exceptional coaching also builds confident, resilient people and creates more equitable pathways for every player to thrive as a human being.
